摘要
目的探讨复方丹参注射液对糖尿病足(DF)患者足背动脉及胫后动脉血流动力学指标的影响。方法选取2014年3月至2017年5月收治的92例DF患者,按其入院治疗时间的先后顺序分为对照组(2014年3月至2015年9月)和观察组(2015年10月至2017年5月),各46例。对照组给予常规基础治疗,观察组在此基础上给予复方丹参注射液。比较两组患者治疗前、后足背动脉及胫后动脉血流动力学指标、生活质量评分以及临床疗效。结果治疗后,观察组患者足背动脉及胫后动脉的PSV、EDV、阻力指数、狭窄度、血流量均明显优于对照组和治疗前(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者躯体功能、角色功能、情绪功能、认知功能、社会功能、总生活水平评分均显著升高,且观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者临床治疗的显效率为78.26%,明显高于对照组的58.70%(P<0.05)。结论复方丹参注射液可改善DF患者足背动脉及胫后动脉血流参数和血流通畅度,改善患足血运,促进创面愈合,提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effects of compound Danshen injection on hemodynamic indexes of dorsalis pedis artery and posterior tibial artery in patients with diabetic foot(DF).Methods Ninety-two patients with DF admitted from March 2014 to may 2017 were divided into control group(from March 2014 to September 2015)and observation group(from October 2015 to may 2017)according to the time sequence of admission,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was given routine basic treatment,and the observation group was given compound Danshen injection on this basis.The hemodynamic indexes of dorsalis pedis artery and posterior tibial artery,quality of life scores before and after treatment and clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,PSV,EDV,resistance index,stenosis degree and blood flow of dorsalis pedis artery and posterior tibial artery in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group and before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of physical function,role function,emotional function,cognitive function,social function and total living level in the two groups increased significantly,those of the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 78.26%,which was significantly higher than 58.70%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound Danshen injection can ameliorate blood flow parameters and blood flow patency of dorsalis pedis artery and posterior tibial artery and blood flow of affected feet,promote wound healing and improve the quality of life of patients with DF.
