摘要
目的探究左氧氟沙星联合利福布汀治疗肺结核的效果及对患者免疫功能的影响。方法选取我院2017年1月至2017年12月收治的90例肺结核患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为研究组(45例,常规治疗+左氧氟沙星+利福布汀)与对照组(45例,常规治疗+左氧氟沙星)。比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果研究组治疗后3、6、12、16个月的痰菌转阴率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的ALP、ALT、AST及STB水平均显著升高,TP水平显著降低(P<0.05),但组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组的CD4+、IgG、IgA及IgM水平均明显升高,CD8+水平明显降低,且研究组优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论左氧氟沙星联合利福布汀治疗肺结核的效果显著,有利于清除结核杆菌,提升患者免疫功能,同时不会造成肝脏损伤,安全性高。
Objective To investigate the effect of levofloxacin combined with rifabutin in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis and its influence on the immune function of patients.Methods A total of 90 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis admitted in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into study group(45 cases,routine treatment+levofloxacin+rifampin)and control group(45 cases,routine treatment+levofloxacin).The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The negative rate of sputum bacteria in the study group at 3,6,12,16 months after treatment were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of ALP,ALT,AST and STB in the two groups increased significantly,while the level of TP decreased significantly(P<0.05),but there were no significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD4+,IgG,IgA and IgM in the two groups increased significantly,and the level of CD8+decreased significantly,and those in the study group were better than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Levofloxacin combined with rifabutin in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis has a significant effect,which is beneficial to reset Mycobacterium tuberculosis,improve the immune function of patients,and it will not cause liver damage at the same time,with high safety.
