摘要
高校教师群体相较于中小学教师有一定特有属性,传统的激励方式对高校教师的激励效果欠佳。为了更好地促进高校教师在岗位上发挥作用,本文基于激励理论对高校教师群体的特点及需求进行分析,提出针对性的激励策略,并结合群体特殊性对相应激励模式应用的实践障碍进行分析,进一步优化高校教师群体的激励策略。
Compared with primary and middle school teachers,college teachers have certain unique attributes,and the traditional incentive method has a poor effect on college teachers. In order to better promote the university teachers on the job function,this article,based on the incentive theory,analyzes the characteristics and requirements of college teachers,their group particularities and the practical obstacles in the implementation of incentive models,and then it puts forward some incentive strategies for promoting college teachers in their work.
