摘要
目前高校教学团队建设存在一些问题:团队带头人年龄偏大、行政化倾向明显;团队规模过大;建设经费一次性拨付。建议团队带头人的年龄一般不超过57岁,学校中、高层领导不担任教学团队负责人;团队规模原则上不超过15人;建设经费分期拨付,以保证教学团队建设的实效性。
There are some problems in the construction of teaching teams： the team leaders are old and administrative; team size is too large; the construction funds are allocated by one time. We suggest that the team leaders are not over 57 years old; the middle-level and high-level officials in universities and colleges do not act as the team leaders; the team members are not more than 15 persons; the construction expenses should be allocated by stages so as to insure the effectiveness of the teaching teams＇ construction.
