摘要
目的为麸炒枳壳标准汤剂的质量控制提供可靠方法。方法依照标准汤剂的制备要求,制备13批麸炒枳壳标准汤剂,采用HPLC法测定标准汤剂中柚皮苷和新橙皮苷含量,计算其转移率,测定汤剂的出膏率,并建立麸炒枳壳标准汤剂的HPLC特征图谱。结果13批麸炒枳壳标准汤剂中柚皮苷和新橙皮苷转移率分别是21.1%~37.1%、25.2%~40.9%,出膏率为19.0%~30.5%。特征图谱中标定了6个共有峰,通过与对照品比较,分别为新北美圣草苷、芸香柚皮苷、柚皮苷、橙皮苷、新橙皮苷和枳属苷,对13批麸炒枳壳标准汤剂进行相似度评价,其相似度均大于0.99。结论麸炒枳壳标准汤剂制备规范,测定方法精密度、稳定性和重复性良好,特征图谱相似度高,可为麸炒枳壳标准汤剂的质量控制提供参考。
Objective To provide a reliable method for quality control of bran fried Aurantii Fructus standard decoction.Methods 13 batches of bran fried Aurantii Fructus standard decoctions are prepared following the preparation conditions of the TCM standard decoction.The quantitative analysis method of naringin and neohesperidin is determined.The transfer rate of naringin and neohesperidin and extraction rate are calculated.HPLC fingerprint of bran fried Aurantii Fructus standard decoction is established.Results Naringin and neohesperidin transfer rates in 13 batches of standard decoctions are 21.1%~37.1%,25.2%~40.9%,respectively,and the extract rate is 19.0%~30.5%.Six common peaks are calibrated,namely neoeriocitrin,narirutin,naringin,hesperidin,neohesperidin and poncirin.The similarity evaluation of 13 batches of bran fried Aurantii Fructus standard decoction is carried out,their similarities are all greater than 0.99.Conclusion Samples are prepared by a standard method.The method displayed a good precision stability,repeatability and high similarity in fingerprint.Therefore,this study can provide a reference for the quality control of bran fried Aurantii Fructus standard decoction.
