摘要
目的 建立茯苓药材指纹图谱模糊模式识别方法。方法 高效液相色谱法 ,色谱条件 Phenom enexL una C1 8柱 ( 4 .6 m m× 15 0 mm ,5μm) ,流动相乙腈 - 0 .0 5 %磷酸溶液 (体积比 6 4∶ 36 ) ,柱温 2 5℃ ,检测波长2 4 2 nm,流速 1.0 m L / min,用广义夹角余弦法进行指纹图谱模式识别分析。结果 测定的 3批样品与模式标准有很好的相似性 ,与形态学鉴定结果一致。结论 该方法能从定性和定量角度对茯苓药材指纹图谱进行分析。
Objective To establish a method of fuzzy pattern recognition of fingerprints of P. cocos.Methods The measurement condition used was as follows:Phenomenex Luna C 18 (4.6 mm×150 mm, 5 μm),the mobile phase∶acetonitrile-0.05%phosphoric acid (64∶36,v/v),flow-rate:1.0 mL·min -1 ,detector:PDA,wave-length:242 nm, the temperature :25 ℃.The cosine of the angle was employed to evaluate the similarity of common peaks of fingerprints of P.cocos.The fuzzy pattern recognition of fingerprint was analyzed by computer.Results The result conform with those of the morphological examination.Conclusion The proposed method could be used for determining the fingerprint of Traditional Chinese medicine qualitatively and quantitatively,and have a better steaility and repeatability.
