不同防冻剂对三角梅低温胁迫下生理特性的影响 被引量:11

Effects of Different Antifreezes on Physiological Characteristics of Bougainvillea under Low Temperature Stress

摘要 研究不同防冻剂对低温胁迫下三角梅生理特性的影响,以抗寒力较强的‘金色双心’三角梅为试材,喷施4种不同类型防冻剂,测定低温(4℃、2℃、0℃、-2℃、-4℃、-6℃)胁迫下三角梅叶片的相对电导率、丙二醛(MDA)含量、抗氧化酶活性、脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白及可溶性糖含量。试验表明,喷施4种不同类型防冻剂均能显著提高三角梅叶片超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)等抗氧化酶活性和脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白及可溶性糖含量,同时显著降低三角梅叶片电解质外渗率和MDA含量。尤其是喷施300倍液“标典”植物防冻剂,三角梅叶片在低温胁迫下SOD、POD、CAT活性、脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖含量显著高于其他各处理,电解质外渗率、MDA含量显著低于其他各处理。说明喷施300倍液“标典”植物防冻剂,降低了细胞膜透性、减少了膜脂过氧化程度、提高了保护酶活性,增强了三角梅叶片抵御寒冷的能力。 The effects of different antifreezes on physiological characteristics of Bougainvillea under low temperature stress were studied in this paper.The‘golden double-hearted’Bougainvillea with strong cold resistance was used as a test material,after spraying 4 different types of antifreeze,the relative conductivities,malondialdehyde(MDA)contents,antioxidase activities and contents of proline,soluble protein and soluble sugar of Bougainvillea leaves under low temperature(4℃,2℃,0℃,-2℃,-4℃,-6℃)stress were analyzed.The results indicated that spraying 4 different types of antifreezes could significantly increase activities of antioxidant enzyme SOD,POD,CAT and contents of proline,soluble protein and soluble sugar,but also significantly reduced the electrolyte leakage rates and MDA contents in Bougainvillea leaves.Especially those treatments with spraying 300 times liquid"Standard"plant antifreeze,the SOD,POD,CAT activities,the contents of proline,soluble protein and soluble sugar in Bougainvillea leave were significantly higher than other treatments under low temperature stress.The electrolyte leakage rates and MDA contents were significantly lower than the other treatments.It showed that spraying 300 times of liquid"Standard"plant antifreeze treatment reduced cell membrane permeability and membrane lipid peroxidation,improved protective enzyme activity and enhanced the ability of Bougainvillea leaves to cold resistance.
