摘要
以商麦1619和兰黑粒小麦为材料,用不同浓度矮壮素0(CK)、0.5%、1.0%、1.5%、2.0%、2.5%进行喷施,研究矮壮素对不同类型小麦幼苗生长和光合生理特性的影响。结果表明:喷施矮壮素后,小麦株高和气孔导度(Gs)较对照有不同程度下降。根长、鲜重、叶长、叶宽、叶面积、净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、气孔导度(Gs)和叶绿素含量高于对照,且随着矮壮素浓度的增加表现出先增后减的变化趋势。综合所测指标,2%矮壮素浓度处理效果较好。
To study effects of chlormequat on seedling growth and photosynthetic physiological characteristics of different type wheat seedlings,taken Shangmai 1619 and Lanheili as materials,experiments were carried out with spray method with different concentrations of chlormequat 0(CK),0.5%,1.0%,1.5%,2.0%,2.5%.The results showed that the plant height and stomatal conductance(Gs)decreased to different degrees after treatment.Root length,fresh weight,leaf length,leaf width,leaf area,net photosynthetic rate(Pn),transpiration rate(Tr),stomatal conductance(Gs)and chlorophyll content were higher than the control,and with the increase of chlormequat concentration showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing.By comparison,2%chlormequat concentration was most suitable for spraying wheat seedlings.
