摘要
社会对各行各业技术技能人才需求日益增长。研究1+X证书制度与学分银行多方面相互契合发展,是建设终身学习型社会的内在需求。学分银行制度为1+X证书制度的落实提供理论基础;学分银行信息平台为1+X证书制度提供服务支持;依托学分银行试点,形成1+X证书制度职教体系;学分银行组织联盟,拓宽1+X证书制度实施覆盖面;学分银行第三方评价组织,与1+X证书制度协同并进。学分银行更好地运营与发展需要政策、主体、市场等多方力量的联合驱动。
There is an increasing demand for technical and skilled personnel from all walks of life in the society.It is an inherent demand for building a lifelong learning society to research on the mutual development of 1+X Certificate System and Credit Bank.Credit bank system provides theoretical basis for the implementation of the 1+X certificate system.The information platform of credit bank provides service support for 1+X Certificate System.The vocational education system of 1+X certificate system depends on credit bank pilot project.The alliance of credit bank organizations widens the coverage of 1+X certificate system.The third-party evaluation organizations of credit bank cooperate with 1+X certificate system.The better operation and development of credit banks need the combination powers in policy, subject, market, etc.
