摘要
《国家职业教育改革实施方案》明确提出启动1+X证书制度试点工作。我校作为1+X证书制度试点的高职院校,将职业教育新举措付诸于实施,通过构建院校内部运行机制,建立"双元双导师"培训团队,重构人才培养培训模式,创设实操训练体系等,探索老年照护职业技能培养培训模式,获证率高达90%,同时培养了学生的评判性思维、职业技能操作及团队协作精神,提高了学生的健康评估能力、语言表达能力和人际沟通能力等职业核心能力。
The National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan clearly proposed to launch the 1+X certificate system pilot work.Our school as a 1+X pilot certificate system in higher vocational colleges,the vocational education new moves into implementation,internal operational mechanism by building colleges,to establish"the double teacher"the dual training team,refactoring talents training mode,creating solid exercise training system and so on,to explore the elderly care vocational skills training mode,the certification rate is as high as 90%,at the same time,cultivate the students’critical thinking,professional skills and team cooperation spirit,operation can improve the students’ability of health assessment,language expression ability and interpersonal skills such as professional core ability.
