摘要
随着社会转型进程的深入,地方政府释放了更多的资源和机会,为社会组织的发展提供了新的空间。在乡村振兴和基层治理创新的战略背景下,越来越多的社会组织活跃在基层,促进农村公共物品供给。本文结合资源依赖理论,从成员构成、经费来源及运作机制三个维度,比较社工服务站和村民理事会供给公共物品的差异。在现有合法的生存空间里,要真正发挥社会组织的优势,解决农村公共物品的组织化困境,离不开地方政府的支持和乡村经济的发展。
With the advancement of the social transformation,local governments have released more resources and opportunities for social organizations,providing a new space for their development.Under the strategy of rural revitalization and governance innovation in primary level,more and more social organizations thrive in rural areas to provide public goods.Based on the theory of resource dependence,this paper compares the differences between social service stations and village councils in the supply of public goods from three dimensions:membership,funding sources and operational mechanisms.In the existing legal living space,it is indispensable to take advantage of social organizations and resolve the collective action dilemma of rural public goods with support from local governments and rural prosperity.
