摘要
富血小板血浆(platelet-rich plasma,PRP)是血小板和血浆的浓缩物,富含生长因子,发挥着重要的抗炎修复和组织再生的作用,近年来被逐渐应用于美容医学领域。文章介绍了PRP在面部年轻化、座疮和秃发治疗,以及提高自体脂肪移植存活率方面的应用研究,总结了PRP应用中的不良反应,并对PRP在美容医学领域中的应用前景进行了展望。
Platelet-rich plasma ( PRP ) , the concentration of platelet and plasma, is rich of avariety of growth factors. It plays an important role in anti-inflammatory and tissue regeneration, and hasgradually been used in cosmetology in the recent years. This paper introduces the application of PRP infacial rejuvenation, acne and alopecia treatment, as well as improving the survival rate of autologous fattransplantation. The side effects and prospectives of PRP application in cosmetology were also summarized.
