摘要
自体颗粒脂肪移植因其取材丰富、组织相容性好,近年来广泛应用于临床及科研探索。目前已有众多学者针对提高自体脂肪移植成活率做了大量研究,不仅着眼于脂肪移植的成活理论、各步骤操作过程、评估指标及术后处理等,还涉及到各个相关领域,如组织工程、基因工程、缓释技术等。该文对这些影响自体脂肪移植成活率的相关因素进行了综述。
Autologous granule fat transplantation has been widely used in clinical and scientificresearch in recent years because of its adequate sources and good histocompatibility. There are manyscholars made a lot of research to enhance the survival rate of autologous fat transplantation, not only focuson the survival of fat transplantation theory, the process steps, evaluation index and postoperative treatmentetc, also involves the various related fields, such as tissue engineering, gene engineering, slow releasetechnology, etc. The relevant factors affecting the survival rate of autologous fat transplantation aresummarized as follows.
