摘要
当前,我国高校的科研管理存在一些问题与弊端,必须更新管理理念,努力创新,尊重规律,规范管理,提高效率。要建立完善的科研管理机制,提高科研管理人员的综合素质,加强信息化平台的建设,加强项目经费的管理,提高科研成果转变的效率。
Problems and malpractices arise in current university research administration in China.It calls for a renewal of administration principles,innovation endeavors,observance to rules and regulations and standardized administration with increased efficiency.We should establish a comprehensive research administration mechanism,and improve the comprehensive qualifications of research administrators.An enforcement of the information platform construction and project fund monitoring is helpful to improve the efficiency of research achievement transformation.
