摘要
高等学校作为源头创新的主力军,深化科研机制改革,构建符合创新规律、职能定位清晰的管理结构,完善科研组织方式和运行管理机制十分必要。作为高校科研管理工作中的重要一环,二级学院科研管理活力应得到充分释放。该文通过研究二级学院科研秘书工作现状,思考提升科研秘书工作效率和水平的有效途径,进而提升二级学院科研管理水平,激发科研活力。
As the main force of innovation at the source,it is necessary for higher education institutions to deepen the reform of the scientific research system and mechanism,build a management structure that conforms to the laws of innovation and has clear functional positioning,and improve the scientific research organization and operation management mechanism.As an important part of research management in universities,the vitality of research management in secondary colleges should be fully unleashed.The article explores the current situation of research secretarial work in secondary colleges,and explores effective ways to improve the efficiency and level of research secretarial work,thereby enhancing the level of research management in secondary colleges and stimulating research vitality.
