摘要
近年来社会经济的发展和科学技术的不断进步也使得医疗科研项目日益增多。众多医疗科研成果的出现也为人们的生活增添了许多色彩,医疗科研信息也变得更加纷繁复杂,这种发展趋势使得传统的医疗科研管理信息系统已经难以满足现阶段医疗科研项目事业的发展,因此需要构建全新的医疗科研管理信息系统,利用全新的信息技术和管理模式来创建更加具有活力也更加安全高效的医疗科研管理信息系统。该文从医疗科研管理信息系统的发展现状出发,分析了其应用背景,论述了应该如何构建全新的医疗科研管理信息系统,以求更好地为医疗科研项目管理贡献力量。
In recent years, the development of social economy and the continuous progress of science and technology also makes the medical research projects are increasing. The emergence of a large number of medical scientific research but also for the people’s life to add a lot of color and medical research information has become more and more complicated.
