摘要
粗镉还原炉是精镉工序生产过程中的主要设备,主要用来实现从镉团到粗镉的转化,其熔化、还原效果的好坏直接决定了精镉生产的成本。本文通过对粗镉还原炉的优化改造,改进粗镉还原熔化过程的设备、还原剂,最大限度的延长还原炉的使用寿命,改进生产工艺,降低工人劳动强度。
Crude cadmium reduction furnace is the main equipment in the production process of refined cadmium.It is mainly used to realize the conversion from cadmium pellet to crude cadmium.The melting and reduction effect directly determines the cost of refined cadmium production.In this paper,through the optimization of the reduction furnace of crude cadmium,the equipment and reducing agent of the reduction melting process of crude cadmium are improved,the service life of the reduction furnace is extended to the maximum extent,the production process is improved,and the labor intensity of workers is reduced.
