摘要
超声波探伤发现一炉Cr5冷轧辊坯探伤不合格,选取一支缺陷波形特征典型的辊坯,根据波形特点结合材质特性及生产工艺等综合分析,初步推断缺陷为白点。通过探伤定位取样,经低倍、断口验证,确定缺陷为白点。据此对不合格品进行改锻,改进生产工艺后,此类缺陷得到控制,提高了冷轧辊坯的合格率。
A heat of blank for cold roller is found to be unqualified by ultrasonic flaw detection. A typical roller blank with defect waveform characteristics is selected. Based on the comprehensive analysis of waveform characteristics, material characteristics and production process, the defect is preliminarily inferred as white spot. The defect is confirmed to be white spot by flaw detection location sampling, maccroscopic examination and fracture verification.According to this, the non-conforming products are forged and the production process is improved. The defects are controlled and the qualified rate of blank for cold roller is increased.
