摘要
白云鄂博中品位混合稀土精矿经脱氟处理 ,采用氯化铵法回收稀土。考察了反应温度、时间及固氟剂用量对稀土氯化的影响。在最佳条件下稀土浸出回收率达到 85 %。而浸出液中非稀土杂质的含量低 ,特别是钍的含量仅为 0 .0 0 0 1g/ L (WRE/Th=8.0 5× 10 4) ,从而实现了稀土与钍等非稀土的预分离。
The NH 4Cl chlorinating method was applied to recover RE of defluorine Baiyunebo concentrate.The effect of reacting temperature,time and the defluorine agent dosage on defluorining Baiyunebo concentrate were examined.The RE chlorinating ratio reaches above 85% at optimum defluorine conditions for Baiyunebo concentrate,and little impurities of Fe,Si,Al,and Th was dissolved in the leaching solution.The Th content in the leaching solution was only 0.0001 g/L.Therefore,the process can realize pre-separation of RE and impurities of Fe,Si,Al and Th,and selectively chlorinate the Baiyunebo concentrate.
