摘要
本文首先概述临床常用氨基糖苷类抗生素的化学结构、来源、分类等基本信息;然后对氨基糖苷类抗生素现行国内外主要药典标准进行评述,对不足之处提出改进建议;再重点介绍氨基糖苷类抗生素“杂质谱”研究最新进展;最后作者对氨基糖苷类抗生素质量控制发展方向进行展望。
This paper first briefly summarized the basic information of aminoglycosides for pharmaceutical use such as chemical structures,origin,classification and so on.Then it made comments on the current compendial standards of aminoglycosides and gave some advices on improving the shortcomings.Further,it introduced the latest development of impurity profile of aminoglycosides.At last,it outlooked the future strategies of quality control of aminoglycosides.
