摘要
高压电缆节约用地、可靠性高,在我国大城市中采用电缆线路取代传统的架空线路是必然趋势。为此基于城市电缆建设的发展需要,着重研究了电力电缆状态在线监测系统。各子系统在设计时,充分结合具体工况环境和经济性指标,选取配套的传感器设备和数据采集系统等监测单元,其工作供电利用低压远程供电和载波通讯信号同芯线对共缆传输技术,可实现不间断地将采集到的各状态参量通过TCP/IP有线网络+数字编址式载波通信网络+现场总线网络一体化网络通讯系统上传到监测主机,最终实现电缆护层接地电流在线监测;电缆接头红外矩阵测温在线监测;以及电缆局部放电在线监测和故障定位。结合在北京500 kV电缆工程实际应用情况,分析了在线监测系统可实现的核心功能,为相关单位开展类似项目的建设提供工程借鉴。
Due to the merits of land-saving and being highly reliable,it is an inevitable trend to replace traditional overhead lines by high-voltage cables in large cities in China.Consequently,to meet the needs of the development of urban cable construction,the online monitoring system of power cable states is focused on.The subsystems fully integrate the specific operating conditions and economic indicators,and select the matching sensor equipment and data acquisition system.The low-voltage remote power supply is adopted in the power supply of the monitoring unit,and carrier communication signals with the same core-to-common cable transmission technology(common cable transmission technology)can realize that the collected state parameters are transmitted to the monitoring host through the TCP/IP cable network+digital addressable carrier communication network+fieldbus network integrated network communication system all the time and continuously,and can finally realize the cable protection,on-line monitoring of ground currents,on-line monitoring of infrared temperature on cable joints,and on-line monitoring and fault location of cable partial discharges.Based on the actual application,other functions of the cable’s state parameters in the system interface display are analyzed,providing an engineering reference for related units to carry out similar projects.
