摘要
针对电缆现场局部放电检测试验缺乏低噪声和便携测试系统的问题,提出了一种由电容器组储能供电的交流激励型电缆振荡波测试系统。该系统在传统调频式串联谐振电路的逆变电源输出端添加了两个双向高速固态开关,并使用电容器组为逆变电源供电,能够在被测电缆上产生试验所需的振荡波电压,具有免受开关噪声干扰的突出优点。此外,为避免使用发电机带来的脉冲干扰降低局部放电检测的灵敏度,该系统采用在测试阶段由电容器组对系统供电,在测试间隔期间由电源对电容器组充电的对策解决了系统对发电机的依赖问题。对该系统开展大容量电容测试以及10 kV配电电缆应用测试,结果表明:该系统在电容器组供电条件下可将等效容值为1μF的电缆负载升压至峰值24 kV,且局部放电检测噪声低于10 mV;系统可满足10 kV电力电缆现场离线局部放电检测试验的需求。
A testing system with energy storage and oscillating wave is proposed to provide a lack of low-noise and portable testing system for field partial discharge tests of power cables.The system adds two bi-directional solid-state switches and a capacitor bank,and generates oscillating wave using traditional frequency-tuned resonant technique so that partial discharge signals will not be disturbed any more by switching noise.Moreover,the capacitor bank is used to power the system during the testing and to reduce the electromagnetic interference produced by the power generator.The system’s dependence on the generator is solved by charging the capacitor bank by the power supply during each oscillating wave test interval.A laboratory test on a large capacitor and a field test on a 10 kV cable line are carried out for the system.It is verified that the system boosts the cable load with equivalent capacitance of 1μF to a peak 24 kV and partial discharge detection noise is lower than 10 mV.It is concluded that the system meets the requirements of off-line field partial discharge detection test for 10 kV power cables.
