摘要
目的 :探讨中西药联合应用治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法 :将 68例糖尿病肾病肾功能不全失代偿期患者随机分为两组 ,对照组采用西药常规降糖、降血压等治疗 ,治疗组在对照组的基础上辨证加用中药颗粒剂止消保肾宁系列 ,3个月后观察两组的疗效 ,包括中医症状、肾功能、血脂等指标。结果 :治疗组总有效率为 76.47% ,与对照组 61 76%相比具有显著差异 ,P <0.0 1,并且 ,治疗组在改善症状、血脂水平、肾功能等方面优于对照组 (P <0 .0 1或P <0.0 5 )。结论 :中西药联合应用在治疗糖尿病肾病中具有独特的优势 。
Objective:To observation the clinic effect of Chinese and west medicine cooperation treating diabetic nephropathy.Method:The 68 diabetic nephropathy renal failure patients diagnosed as deficiency of yin and yang were divided into 2 groups randomly.The control group was treated with west medicine to control blood sugar and blood pressure,while the treated group plus zhixiaobaoshenning herbs granule basic on the former,to analysis the two groups effective after three months,including Chinese medicine symptoms,renal function and blood lipid etc.Results:The total effective rate of the treated group is 74.67%,there is the significant difference compare with the control group which is 61.76%,(P<0.01),and the treated group is better than control group at improving symptoms,blood lipid and renal function(P<0.01或P<0.05).Conclusion:the treatment cooperating Chinese medicine and west medicine has outstanding advantages for diabetic nephropathy especially for improving the clinic effect of DN.
