摘要
热模离心球墨铸铁管生产中插口夹渣和尺寸不合格都会对产品质量造成影响。从熔炼到退火等几个工序分析了造成插口夹渣和尺寸不合格的原因,并给出了预防措施。
In the production of centrifugal ductile iron pipe with hot mold, the defects such as slag inclusions and offsize often occur in the socket, which will affect the quality of the product. In the present work, the causes of slag inclusions and off-size were analyzed from several aspects of iron liquid melting, gating system, cooling system, coating thickness and annealing process, and the corresponding preventive measures were put forward.
