摘要
根据灰铁发动机缸体铸造用冷芯盒及外模在实际生产使用过程中常出现的问题,对目前灰铁铸造冷芯盒与外模工艺及模具设计中存在的一些不合理设计(如芯盒密封结构、上下顶杆设计、下芯夹具定位结构、外模结构设计等)进行了分析,并提出了解决方案。
According to the problems which often occur in the actual production and use of cold core boxes and outer molds for gray iron engine block casting,some unreasonable designs(such as the core box sealing structure,the design of the upper and lower ejectors,the positioning structure of the lower core fixture,the design of the outer mold structure,etc.)in the current gray iron casting cold core box and outer mold process and mold design have been analyzed.A solution has been proposed.
