摘要
当归贝母苦参丸首见于《金匮要略》,原为治疗妇女妊娠血虚热郁、小便不利而设的方剂,虽仅有3味药且历代注家对本方主治病证有所争议,但其临床应用至今仍颇为广泛。张杰主任善用经方临证治疗各种病证,对于当归贝母苦参丸古方今用,辨证与辨病相结合,除应用于泌尿系统、消化系统治疗慢性前列腺炎、尿路感染、慢性结肠炎等,还灵活运用于内科病、妇科病、皮肤病等多个方面,既拓展了临床诊疗思路,又扩大了当归贝母苦参丸的临床适用范围。
The Angelica Fritillaria Sophora Pill was first seen in the“Golden Chamber”.This formula was originally designed to treat women suffering from pregnancy deficiency,blood stagnation,and urination.Although there are only three flavors of medicine in this formula,and the generations of doctors have been controversial about the main indication of this disease,its application is quite extensive after appropriate addition and subtraction.Prof.ZHANG Jie made good use of prescriptions for the treatment of various syndromes.For the Angelica Fritillaria Sophora Pills,ZHANG used this ancient prescription to treat diseases nowadays by combining of syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation.It is not only used in the urinary system,digestive system for the treatment of chronic prostatitis,urinary tract infections,chronic colitis and so on,but also flexible in the use of internal disease,gynecological diseases,skin diseases and other aspects.The clinical diagnosis and treatment ideas have been expanded,and the clinical scope of application of Angelica Fritillaria Sophora Pill has been expanded.
