摘要
陈辉清主任临床工作50余年,擅长治疗各种类型的小儿皮疹,文章总结了陈辉清主任治疗小儿皮疹的临证经验,就小儿皮疹的病因病机及治疗方法进行探讨,认为小儿皮疹首辨虚实,若虚者为肺脾两虚,无以固护,治以健脾补肺;或为血虚不荣肌肤,治宜养血补血。实者若为风邪或湿热郁于肌肤,治以疏风利湿清热;或为血热伤络,治宜清热凉血宁络。或为虚实并见,临床治疗时,应根据标本虚实缓急进行处理。
Director Chen Huiqing has been good at treating various types of children's skin rashes for more than 50 years.This paper summarizes Director Chen Huiqing's clinical experience in treating children's skin rash,and discusses the etiology,pathogenesis and treatment methods of children's skin rash.It is believed that children's skin rash should be differentiated from deficiency and deficiency of both lungs and spleen,if deficiency occurs,it should not be consolidated to strengthen the spleen and invigorate the lung;or for the skin of blood-deficiency,it should be nourished.If the real person is wind evil or damp-heat depression on the skin,the treatment should be wind-dredging,dampness-clearing and heat-clearing,or blood-heat injury collaterals,the treatment should be heat-clearing,blood-cooling.In clinical treatment,the deficiency and excess should be dealt with urgently according to the sample.
