超声波辅助苦参植物总多酚提取工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用超声波辅助乙醇水溶液浸提法提取中药苦参中的多酚类物质,以福林酚比色法进行定量分析。实验结果显示:样品粒度、超声时间、温度、乙醇水体积分数、料液比等因素都能影响苦参多酚的提取收率。最佳提取工艺条件为:样品粒度80目,样品质量(g)与溶剂体积(mL)之比1:30,乙醇体积分数0.6,温度50℃,40 kHz、200 W超声条件下提取50 min。最优条件下,苦参多酚的提取收率为19.8 mg/g。 The polyphenols in Sophorae Flavescentis were extracted by ultrasonic assisted solvent extraction method with ethanol aqueous solution as solvent,and analyzed quantitatively by Folin-Ciocalteu colorimetry.The results showed that the sample size,ultrasonic time,temperature,ethanol water volume fraction,solid-liquid ratio and other factors can affect the extraction yield of Sophora flavescens polyphenols.The optimum extraction conditions were as follows:sample size was 80 mesh,sample mass(g)to solvent volume(mL)ratio was 1􀏑30,ethanol volume fraction was 0.6,temperature was 50℃,with 40 kHz,200 W ultrasonic extraction for 50 min.Under the optimal conditions,the extraction yield of Sophora flavescens polyphenols was 19.8 mg/g.
