高校青年教师教学能力发展影响因素的实证分析 被引量:2

An Empirical Analysis of the Influencing Factors of Young Teachers’ Teaching Ability Development in Colleges

摘要 本研究以1844名高校青年教师为样本,通过问卷调查的方式开展高校青年教师教学能力发展影响因素的实证分析。研究发现:高校青年教师教学能力发展评价不高。有职务的青年教师,助教和讲师职称的青年教师,未承担过校级教学研究立项项目的教师,未在校级教学技能大赛中获奖的教师,撰写的教研类论文未获得过校级以上奖励的教师对教学能力发展评价较低。文章基于存在的问题,提出了解决问题的建议。 Through questionnaire survey,this study carried out an empirical analysis of the influencing factors of young teachers’teaching ability development in colleges,taking 1844 young college teachers as samples.It is found that the evaluation of teaching ability development of young teachers in colleges is not high.Young teachers with posts,teaching assistants and lecturers,teachers who have not undertaken university-level teaching research projects,teachers who have not won awards in university-level teaching skills competitions,and teachers who have not received university-level or above awards for writing teaching and research papers have low evaluation on the development of teaching ability.Based on the existing problems,this paper puts forward some suggestions to solve the problems.
