摘要
柿子是我国八大水果之一,具有清热生津、涩肠止痢、健脾益胃等多种药用价值。柿果、柿花、柿叶、柿蒂等都富含多种营养及药用成分。本文对柿树、柿花、柿叶、柿果、柿蒂等柿资源在国内外的加工及研究现状进行综述。
Persimmon is one of the eight major fruits in China.It has many medicinal properties such as clearing heat,promoting the secretion of saliva,curing dysentery,strengthening spleen and stomach and etc.The fruits,flowers,pedicles and leaves of persimmons are rich in various nutrients and medicinal ingredients.This paper summarizes the latest international and domestic processing and research status of persimmon resources.
