高效液相色谱法测定烫发类化妆品中4种有效成分的含量 被引量:2

Determination of Four Kinds of Active Ingredients in Perm Cosmetics by High Performance Liquid Chromatography

摘要 建立了高效液相色谱法(HPLC)同时测定烫发类化妆品中4种有效成分含量的方法。烫发水和烫发膏类化妆品采用质量分数10%乙腈超声提取,经C18色谱柱分离,采用二级阵列管检测器(DAD)测定。结果表明,巯基乙酸、半胱氨酸、乙酰半胱氨酸、亚二硫基二乙酸的检出限(LODs)分别为7.9、20、6.9和13.3μg/g,在1.07~368.48 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数(r)均大于0.995。加样回收率为91.1%~109.8%,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)为0.2%~3.4%。该方法高效、灵敏、准确,填补了烫发类化妆品中半胱氨酸、乙酰半胱氨酸、亚二硫基二乙酸等化合物的分析方法空白,可作为烫发类化妆品中有效成分的通用检测方法。 A high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method for simultaneous determination of four kinds of active ingredients in permanent wave cosmetics was established. Toner and cream cosmetic samples were vortex extracted with 10%(mass fraction) acetonitrile and separated on a C18 column by photo-diode-array-detector(DAD). The results showed that the limits of detection(LODs) of thioglycollic acid, L-cysteine, N-acetyl-L-cysteine and thiodiglycolic acid were 7.9, 20, 6.9 and 13.3 μg/g, respectively. The relationship between peak area and concentration in the range of 1.07 to 368.48 mg/L displayed good linearity with correlation coefficients(r) higher than 0.995. The average recoveries were 91.1% to 109.8%, with relative standard deviations(RSD, n = 6) were 0.2% to 3.4%. The results indicated that the method was efficient, sensitive and accurate, and filled the gap of analysis methods for L-cysteine, N-acetyl-L-cysteine and thiodiglycolic acid in perm cosmetics, which can be used as a universal detection method for determination of these kinds of active ingredients in permanent wave cosmetics.
