摘要
采用离子色谱法测定特殊化妆品如卷发、烫发和脱毛剂中的巯基乙酸,选用5.0 mmol/L Na_2CO_3-4.7mmol/L NaHCO_3作淋洗液,自动再生抑制,方法的线性范围为0.556～800.0 mg/L,相关系数为0.9998～0.9999,相对标准偏差小于2.4％,样品平均加标回收率为90.0％～106.6％,检出限为10.08 mg/kg。
Ion chromatography was applied to determine thioglycolic acid in special cosmetics for waving hair or depilating body hair. 5.0 mmol/L Na2CO3 - 4.7 mmol/L NaHCO3 was used as eluent and auto - regenerant. This method was of wide linear range, good relativity. The relative standard deviation was < 2.4% , the average recoveries were 90.0% - 106.6% , and the detection limit was 10.08 mg/kg.
