摘要
本项研究检测了巯基乙酸(TGA)90天经皮染毒大鼠的发情周期、精子的数目、形态和活动能力,并观察了TGA对卵巢和睾丸超微结构的影响。结果表明,TGA经皮侵入可引起大鼠生殖系统的明显损害。
Thioglycollic acid (TGA) was administered to rats of both sex by dermal application during a period of 90 days. The estrus cycle and the count, morphological change and motility of sperms were examined, and the changes of testis and ovarium in ultrastructure were observed. The results showed that the reproductive system of rats could be obviously damaged when TGA has been absorbed per cutem.
