摘要
目的:探讨检测结直肠癌组织中皮层肌动蛋白(cortactin)和E-钙黏蛋白(E-cadherin)表达的意义。方法:结直肠癌组织及对应的癌旁组织标本106例,应用免疫组织化学方法检测cortactin及E-cadherin蛋白的表达情况及其与临床病理特征的相关性。结果:结直肠癌组织中cortactin蛋白表达率为62.3%,显著高于癌旁正常组织的9.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),癌组织中E-cadherin蛋白表达率为25.5%,显著低于癌旁正常组织的86.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结直肠癌组织中cortactin蛋白与E-cadherin蛋白表达呈负相关(r=-0.227,P<0.05)。cortactin及E-cadherin蛋白表达与与肿瘤分化程度、淋巴结转移、浸润深度及临床分期相关(P<0.05)。结论:在结直肠癌中E-cadherin蛋白表达下调,cortactin蛋白表达上调,二者存在负向协同关系,可能与结直肠癌的浸润和转移有关。
Objective:To investigate the expression of cortactin and E-cadherin in colorectal cancer and their relationship with clinicopathological features.Methods:106 colorectal cancer tissue samples and adjacent normal tissue were collected and setted as the research samples.The expression of Cortactin and E-cadherin protein in the two groups was detected by the immunohistochemical method.The relationship between them and clinicopathological characteristics was analyzed.Result:The expression rate of Cortactin in the colorectal cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in the adjacent normal tissues(P<0.05),which was 62.3%and 9.4%.The expression rate of E-cadherin in colorectal cancer was significantly lower than that in the normal colon tissues(P<0.05).which was 25.5%and 86.8%.The expression of Cortactin was negatively correlated with the expression of E-cadherin protein(r=-0.227,P<0.05).The expression of E-cadherin and cortactin in colorectal cancer patients had significant relationship with the depth of tumor invasion and lymphatic metastasis,pathological differentiation and clinical stage(P<0.05).Conclusion:The positive expression rates of Cortactin and E-cadherin in colorectal cancer are significantly increased and decreased,respectively.Their expression rates are closely related to the clinicopathological features in colorectal cancer.
