Determination of Trace Selenium in Soils by Hydride Generation Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry in Alkaline Mode

摘要 土壤样品经王水分解,转化成HCl溶液,再用NaOH溶液调至碱性。样品溶液首先与KBH4混合,然后与酸作用完成氢化物发生,用原子荧光光谱法测定样品中的痕量硒。方法检出限为0.01μg/g,线性范围为1~200μg/L,样品中硒的含量为0.082μg/g和0.34μg/g时,RSD(n=12)分别为4.9%和2.9%。方法经土壤国家一级标准物质中硒的测定验证,结果与标准值相符。 A method for the determination of selenium in soils by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry in alkaline mode is reported in this paper. The sample is dissolved in aqua regia and transferred to HCl medium.The sample solution is mixed with KBH4 solution after adjusting to alkaline solution with NaOH and then mixed with acid to produce selenium hydride. Trace selenium is determined by AFS. Under the optimized condition the detection limit is 0.01 μg/g for Se with dynamic linear range of 1~200 μg/L. The method has been applied to the determination of trace Se in standard soil samples. The results are in agreement with certified values with precision of 4.9% and 2.9% RSD (n=12) when the contents of Se in the samples are 0.082 μg/g and 0.34 μg/g respectively.
