摘要
研究了直接用标准溶液做曲线 ,SOLAARM6 石墨炉原子吸收测定样品中微量镉的分析方法 ,试样经酸分解 ,以 0 .2 %NH4 H2 PO4 — 0 .5 %Mg(NO3) 2 做改进剂 ,方法检出限为0 .0 0 8μg/ g(0 .2 0 0 0 0 g样品 ) ,经国家一级标准物质中镉的测定验证 ,结果与标准值相符 ,12次测定的RSD为 - 8.1%~ 4 .1% ,可用于测定水系、岩石矿物、选冶等样品中的微量镉。
The analysis method of trace level Cd in samples was studied in the paper. Using standard solution to do the analysis calibration and SOLAAR M 6 GFASS as determination instruments, the samples ware dissolved. Using 0.2% NH 4H 2PO 4 0.5%Mg(NO 3) 2as modifier determined by SOLAAR M 6 GFASS, the detection limit is 0.008μg/g (0.20000g of sample). The method has been applied to the determination of trace Cd in the national standard samples. The results are in agreement with certified values with precision of -8.1% to 4.1% RSD(n=12). The method can be used in the determination of trace Cd in rock and mineral samples.
