摘要
目的 :对东北珍珠梅的药用部位进行化学成分的研究。方法 :从东北珍珠梅药用部位的氯仿提取部位及乙酸乙酯提取部位经过多次硅胶柱色谱和薄层色谱分离化学成分 ,经理化常数测定、波谱分析、标准品比较和文献对照等鉴定出结构。结果 :分到 8个化合物 ,分别为 5 ,7 二羟基 2 甲基色原酮 (Ⅰ ) ,5 ,7 二羟基 8 甲氧基黄酮(Ⅱ ) ,5 ,7,3′ ,4′ 四羟基 3 甲氧基黄酮 (Ⅲ ) ,原儿茶酸 (Ⅳ ) ,苯甲酸 (Ⅴ ) ,对羟基苯甲酸 (Ⅵ ) ,大黄素 (Ⅶ )和胡萝卜苷 (Ⅷ )。结论 :8个化合物均为首次从珍珠梅属植物中分离获得。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents in the medicative part of Sorbaria sorbifolia. Method: By means of silica gel re-chromatography and thin layer chromatography, chemical constituents from the CHCl 3 and EtOAc extract of the medicative part of S. sorbifolia were studied and their structures were identified by their physical-chemical constants, spectral analysis and comparison with the authorized samples. Results: Eight compounds were obtained and identified as follows: noreugenin (Ⅰ), wogonin (Ⅱ),5,7,3′,4′-tetrahydroxy-3-methoxyflavone (Ⅲ), protocatechuic acid (IV), benzoic acid (V), p-hydroxy benzoic acid (Ⅵ),emodin (Ⅶ) and daucosterol (Ⅷ). Conclusion: All of the compounds were isolated from this genus for the first time.
