摘要
通过芳酰腙与三甲基镓或三甲基铟的反应,制备得到了七个有机镓或铟的镓芳酰腙配合物,在配合物中金属直接与芳酰腙的氧和烯胺氮成键,形成五元环状分子内配合物。对得到的化合物通过元素分析、红外光谱、质子核磁共振和质谱进行了结构表征。
Organometallic compounds of Group 13metals are potential precursors fo r MOCVD and ceramic materials,important co-catalysts for polymerization of olefins.Five dimethylgallium and two dimethylindium comple xes of aroylhydrazones,prepared by condensation of aroylhydrazines with substituted benzaldehydes,have been o btained by the reactions of aroylhydrazones with trimethylgallium or trimethylindium in benzene in nearly quantita tive yields.All the compounds obtained h ave been fully characterized by IR,1 H NMR,Mass spectroscopy and ele-mental analysis.In the complexes,t he metal is directly bonded to the oxygen of the hydrazone group and enamin ic nitrogen to form intramolecular coo rdinated five-member ring structur e.
