摘要
首次合成了化合物2-羟基-1-萘甲醛缩对甲氧基苯甲酰腙。用元素分析、IR光谱和UV-VIS光谱对其组成和结构进行了表征,初步测试了该化合物固体粉末和在乙醇溶剂中的荧光光谱,探讨了溶液浓度对其荧光光谱的影响。结果表明,其固体粉末和乙醇溶液都有很强的荧光,当溶液的浓度在3.49×10-6-3.49×10-4mol·-1范围内,荧光强度随溶液浓度的增大而增强,当浓度大于6.98×10-4mol·L-1时,荧光强度随溶液浓度增大而减小。
2-hydroxo-1-naphthaldehyde p - methoxyl-benzoylhydrazone was synthesized and its composition and structure were characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra and UV-VIS spectra. Its florescent spectra in solid state and ethanol solution were investigated preliminarily. The effects of solution concentration on the florescent spectra of the hydrazone were discussed. The results show that the complex can emit very strong florescence in solid state and solution. The florescence intensity increased with its concentration increasing in 3.49×10-6-3.49×10-4mol, but decreased with the concentration exceeded 6.98 ×10-4 mol.
