季铵盐质子核磁共振化学位移的结构效应

摘要 正烷基醇经常法合成正烷基溴,再与三甲胺或三乙胺反应制得九个三甲基烷基溴化铵和五个三乙基烷基溴化铵:(CH_3)_3NRBr(R=H,C_1—C_5,C_(7-8),C_(16));(C_2H_5)_3NRBr(R=H,C_2—C_5).测定其核磁共振谱,并用蒋一戴公式计算诱导效应指数.发现α-甲基,α-亚甲基及ω-甲基的质子化学位移与诱导效应指数间有线性关系,其相关系数均大于0.97. On the basis of reacting of trimethyl amine or triethyl amine with n-alkyl bromides which were synthesized from n-alkyl alcohols, following quarter ammonium bromides have been synthesized; (CH3)3NRBr (R=H, C1-C5, C7-C8, C16); (C2H5) 3NRBr (R = H, C2-C5). Their PNMR were measured. The inductive index for them were calculated according to the Jiang-Dai formula. It has been found that there is good linear relationshin between inductive index and the proton chemical shift for α-methyl, α-methylene and co-methyl groups. The relative coefficients are all greater than 0.97.
