Progress of Study on Preparation and Tribological Behavior of F-containing Organic Anti-sticking Bonded Solid Lubricant Films

摘要 介绍了含氟有机不粘性干膜润滑剂的种类、使用工况及其摩擦学性能,综合评述了含氟有机不粘性干膜润滑剂的研究进展及其应用研究现状,并展望了其应用前景和发展方向. Fluorinecontaining polymers are useful materials with good comprehensive properties such as chemicalattackresistance, thermal resistance, insulation, antisticking, and lubricity. They are virtually excellent solid lubricants because of their special structures, low shearing strength, and weak intermolecular attraction. The progress of the study on the preparation and application of Fcontaining organic bonded solid lubricant film is reviewed, and the prospect of the development and application of the lubricating coatings is presented as well.
