摘要
研制了一种以环氧树脂为基料,聚四氟乙烯为防粘剂,二硫化钼为润滑剂的常温固化防粘涂层。通过正交实验与极差分析,对涂层性能作了较为深入的研究,筛选出最优的涂料配方。结果表明,该涂层具有优良的防粘性,硬度和附着力。
A kind of ambient-temperature curing and anti-sticking coatings was developed, which used epoxy resin as adhesive, PTFE as anti-sticking agent and molybdenum disulfide as lubricant. Formula of the coatings was optimized by orthogonal designs and range analysis, and investigation on the property of the coatings was made. The results indicate: The coatings have prominent anti-sticking, hardness and adhesion power.
