摘要
本文详细地报道了在不同类型摩擦试验机上对FM-110干膜润滑材料的性能评价结果,并且考察了影响干膜性能的诸因素。文章指出,FM-110干膜的耐磨性很好,其静、动摩擦系数低,是低速轻负荷下良好的防粘滑材料;在低负荷下于室温至250℃温度范围内具有满意的耐磨性,在真空中于点接触摩擦形式下也具有一定的耐磨性。此外,FM-110干膜还有耐油和非粘着等优良特性,是一种摩擦学特性和综合性能优良的干膜候选材料。
The FM- 110 dry- film lubricating material was developed in this paper. It is formulated with following components: the modified polyimide as an adhesive, fine PTFE powder as solid lubricant and other antiwear additive. The tribological properties of FM-110 dry-film were evaluated using different friction testers and the several influential factors on it's property were also investigated, the results are as follows:
a. FM-110 dry-film lubricating material not only has good antiwear property under room temperature but also can be used for a long time, at 250℃ and low load. The highest application temperature of this film may reach 300℃. The performances of dry-film have no changes after soaking in liquid nitrogen, and it still has antiwear property to a degree in vacuum.
b. The wear resistance of FM- 110 dry- film is unchanged after soaking in avcat for five months, and this film has the good friction-wear characteristics under dropping RP-3 avcat.
c. FM-110 dry-film is a good lubricant for stick-slip resistance under the conditions of low speed and light load.
d. The binding strength between FM- 110 dry- film and substrate is high and tolerant of shocking, humid heat and soft fogy environment.
e. FM- 110 dry- film has the advantages of a stable processing, good repeatability, easy preparation and can be applied to many kinds of metallic substrates.
