摘要
在参阅大量国内外草坪草育种中转基因技术研究文献的基础上 ,介绍了草坪草组培再生体系的建立和遗传转化方法 ,并结合国际草坪草育种研究动态简要讨论了草坪草育种中应用转基因技术存在的问题及其前景。
Referring to a number of relevant literatures, the establishment of turfgrass in vitro regeneration system and genetic transformation methods used in turfgrass genetic engineering are reviewed. While problems still exist, this field holds great promises for the future.
