摘要 用PEG-6000模拟干旱胁迫的方法研究了阿玛瑞罗平托花生和杜兰落花生在0、5%、15%、25%PEG胁迫24h下的生长状况、叶片和茎相对含水量(RWC)和质膜相对透性(RPP)的变化规律。结果表明:PEG干旱胁迫一定程度上影响了阿玛瑞罗平托花生和杜兰落花生的生长和生理代谢,其中对叶片的影响程度大于茎;阿玛瑞罗平托花生忍耐PEG干旱胁迫的能力稍强于杜兰落花生,但差异性未达显著水平。相关性分析表明,在PEG干旱胁迫下,阿玛瑞罗平托花生茎、杜兰落花生叶片和茎的RWC与RPP间均呈显著的负线性相关(P<0.05),说明干旱胁迫下,多年生落花生的RWC与RPP两参数间具有一定的协同性。 Using the polyethylene glycol (PEG) simulated drought stress test, the growth, leaf and stem relative water content (RWC) and protoplasmic membrane penetration (RPP) of Arachis pintoi cv. Amarillo and A. duranensis krapov. & W. C. Greg were studied with 0%, 5%, 15% and 25% PEG for 24 hours. It was found that the PEG drought stress restrained the growth and physiology metabolism of A. pintoi and A. duranensis to some extent. The effect on the leaves was more significant than the stems. A. pintoi showed a slightly stronger drought resistance than A. duranensis, but not significantly. The regression analysis indicated that, under the stress test, significant (a〈0. 05) negative linear correlations existed between the drought condition and the RWC and RPP of A. pintoi' s stems and A. duranensis' leaves and stems. This indicated that a synergism might present between RWC and RPP of A. pintoi and A. duranensis.
