摘要
对 3～ 7周龄 SPF鸡人工感染的致病性比较试验表明 ,从不同地区收集的 12个鸡传染性法氏囊病病毒 (IBDV)野毒株的毒力差异甚大。致病性最强的 GX8/99株可引起易感年龄的 SPF鸡 70 %～ 92 %的死亡率 ,属超强毒 ,而人工接种 YN2 /99株的 SPF鸡死亡率几乎为零。其余毒株对 SPF鸡的致死率介于 2 0 %～ 6 0 %,它们的毒力介于 IBDV的标准毒与超强毒之间。
Twelve field strains of infectious bursal disease viruses were compared for their virulence in SPF chickens.The mortality induced by them was so different from strain to strain.One of them,GX8/99,induced 70%~90% of mortality and was considered as a typical very virulent strain but another one YN2/99 caused no death.The most of left strains gave 20%-60% of mortality,their virulence was between the standard virulent strain and the very virulent strain of IBDV.
