摘要
分离了16株鸡致病性大肠杆菌,对它们进行了生化鉴定和药敏试验,并用标准菌株O2对照。结果发现鸡的大肠杆菌对临床上常用的喹诺酮类药物产生了明显的耐药性,而对氯霉素、庆大霉素、新霉素等抗生素较为敏感。
16 strains of pathogenesis coli bacillus have been segregated, biochemically examined, tested for their medical sensitivity, and compared with standard strain O2. The result shows that chicken＇s coli bacillus apparently resists medicines associated with quinolone which are widely used in clinics, and it is rather sensitive to antibiotics like chloramphenicol, gentamycin and neomycin;
