摘要
用免疫胶体金试纸膜检测人工感染GX_8/99株超强毒株传染性法氏囊病病毒(vvIBDV)SPF鸡,检测9天内这九种病料病毒含量的变化,进一步揭示了VVIBDV对鸡体内各组织的侵染性变化规律。
Detected the change of the content of virus in 9 kinds organs of SPF chicken infected a very virulent strain GX-8/99 of Infectious Bursal Disease（vvIBDV） on second to ninth day by using rapid diagnosis strips of immune colloidal and revealed the law of vvIBDV infecting organs of SPF chicken.
