摘要
根据食品微生物学专业课程特点 ,分析食品微生物学实施多媒体教学改革的优越性 ,并结合实际授课 ,讨论教学过程中的有关注意事项 。
According to the characteristics of Food Microbiology, the necessary of Food Microbiology multimedia teaching reformation was analyzed. The remarkable items in the practical teaching were discussed, then raising the tentative idea of Food Microbiology bilingual multimedia teaching.
