摘要
文章阐述了食品微生物学实验考核模式的改革内容及其在教学实践中的实施效果。该考核模式主要从完善评价体系,采用更灵活的考试方式和细化评分标准等几个方面进行改革。该考核模式的实施培养了学生良好的实验习惯,对实验知识和技能的掌握更加系统全面,也使食品微生物学实验操作考试省时高效,容易实施,成绩的评定也更加客观公正。
A reformed assessment mode for food microbiology experiment and its practice effect on teaching was described in this paper. The reformed assessment mode has the advantage of improved evaluation system, a more flexible test and refined scoring criteria. The implementation of the assessment mode on teaching greatly help the student develop good laboratory habits, more systematically grasp of experimental knowledge and skills. Additionally, the new assessment mode made the experimental operation test of food microbiology more efficient, easy to implement, more objective and impartial score for the examinees.
